FAQs

What happens with my characters of each billing period?

At the end of each billing cycle, your characters allowance is reset.

What happens when I have consumed all my characters?

If this happens while listening to an article, we let you exceed your plan's character limit so that articles are not cut off abruptly. Those extra characters will be subtracted from your character allowance in the next billing cycle. Suppose you don't want to wait for the next billing cycle to regain your total character allowance. In that case, you can cancel your current subscription and start a new one, immediately resetting your available character count to the total amount for your plan. Just remember cancelling, and re-subscribing will begin a new billing cycle.

Do you offer any student discount?

Yes! We know that, being a student, you might end up listening to a lot of content. Contact our support with your student email address, and we will offer a 50% discount on our annual plan.
